I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am entering into an agreement with Pitkin Cycles T/A The Bike Park at Constantia Uitsig to provide storage for my bicycle.
Storage will begin on the date of storage as per above.
Storage will continue until terminated by either party, with 5 days written notice.
I agree to pay R300 per month per bike or part there of, R10 per day per bike.
Late payments may include penalties.
- I indemnify and holds harmless the Storage Provider, Pitkin Cycles, against any claims, damages, loss, or theft of the bicycle(s) while stored.
- The storage provider, Pitkin Cycles is not liable for accidents, fire, natural disasters, or unauthorized access.
- I, the bike owner assumes all risk associated with storage.

This is a contract with legal and binding consequences.

I have read it carefully before signing and I understand what it means and what I am agreeing to by signing.
